. Residential lines can have only the name of the customer in the outbound caller ID.

. If a home business wants to leave their name on the caller ID, LP Broadband will honor the residential price, however, if they fall into the 95 percentile of the call volume for 2 months out of the 3, they will be asked to move to the LP Broadband business service.

. Anyone who works from home and makes frequent or lengthy calls should use one of the LP Broadband business plans.
